When someone views your LinkedIn profile, do you message them? It's hard to decide whether to reach out or not. But, if you do decide to send a message, what do you say? Do you share your appreciation for their visit, or do you ask them if there's anything you can help them with? Or maybe, you simply introduce yourself and invite them to connect? What's your "go-to" message when someone views your profile? Share your thoughts in the comments below! #LinkedInTips #Networking #BuildingConnections

I usually look at their profile and see if we have mutual connections or career paths. I don’t typically message them, but maybe I should. Great topic!

Here's how I built my LinkedIn network over time:1. Start posting 2. Keep posting.3. Like your own posts.4. Like other people's posts.5. Share genuine thoughts.6. Share your industry expertise.7. Do it over and over again even if no one else seems to be noticing.Guaranteed, someone's watching. And they want to hear what else is on your mind.#linkedin #networking #linkedingrowth

What does your LinkedIn Profile say about you?Nothing?Too many things? It's vague?LinkedIn, unlike what many may think, is not a glamorous showcase of you and your accomplishments. Although it's important to 'talk your walk', it's important to know who you are and which part of you you want to showcase on LinkedIn. Today, check your headline. What does it say about you? Ask a stranger on LinkedIn - what s(he) thinks you are and what it is that she thinks you do. You might be surprised at her answer. Because it's easy to use glamour words in your headline or in the 'About' section, but the most difficult part you need to get is - to tell people what it is exactly that you do, who you are and why they should come to you/ follow you/ buy from you. Got it? Am hoping many out here will (even if quietly) check their headline and do the needful. #linkedin #brandwithsonali #personalbranding

"Hi Manu, would you like to boost the reach of your LinkedIn posts?"Repeat after me...The number of likes/comments/reposts I get on my posts doesn't define how worthy my story or posts were.I recently came across a lot of such inmails, asking me to join a group to boost my Linkedin posts and their visibility.Honestly, I write here because I want to write here, when I don't want to write no one can force me to do so, and when you don't want to engage, No one can force you to engage. But in any case, I am not going to ask some random person to boost my LinkedIn profile visibility by adding me to end number of groups, and they're groups where either you engage or you are out.No hate to anyone but I am just sick of these inmails. What do you think?#manumwrites

Favorite uncommon LinkedIn tips that I do everyday:→ Comment on one of my old postsSends a notification to everyone who engaged with the post already, and puts it back in the feed.A great way to share a new idea, or shout out a contribution from someone else.→ Reply to other people's comments, on other people's postsI meet so many new people and have so many interesting conversations this way!→ Sending posts from my feed in dmsUsing the actual "Send" button. Good for sharing content you know will be particularly useful for that person, without tagging them in the comments for all to see.→ Mute spammers in my dms"Mute" button is a godsend. I realized Friday that not everyone knows it's there.Honorary mentions that I don't do everyday:→ Writing recommendations→ Reposting awesome posts from my feedWhat's your favorite uncommon LinkedIn tip?Hoping I'll learn some new ones! 🤞 #linkedin #socialselling

If I start my LinkedIn journey today, I won’t:- engage with big profiles - be inconsistent - only reach out to prospects - copy others- stop from sharing my POV- worry about likesEvery journey takes time, mistakes make you learn and confidence comes from being happy in your skin.My LinkedIn journey has been my most valuable asset.I am happy to be UNAPOLOGETICALLY me. What I want, what I really really want ...Is my LinkedIn feed to show me posts from the people I am connected with or follow, in order.I'd also really really like the people who have chosen to follow or connect with me to actually see my posts. If I wannabe spicing up my feed, I want that to be my choice.I can go search for connections or content, I am not a baby. Is it too much to ask? What do you think LinkedIn can do to spice up your life?#linkedin #algo

Thinking about giving your LinkedIn profile a boost? Why not kick off a "You Ask, I Tell" series? Picture it as your own talk show on LinkedIn, where you spill the tea on your area of expertise. It’s your chance to not just tell, but really show your network what you're made of — with the kind of engaging, bite-sized wisdom nuggets that make people hit that 'follow' button faster than you can say "Next question, please!"This isn't just a glow-up for your LinkedIn presence; it's snackable content that keeps your connections coming back. Whether it’s tackling tough questions or sharing 'aha!' moments, you're not just building a profile, you're creating a community. Feeling brave? Drop a comment with a topic you’d love to cover or a question you'd like answered. And turn those LinkedIn notifications into your next standing ovation!#LinkedInTips #CareerGrowth #EngageYourNetwork #KnowledgeSharing #ProfessionalBranding
